Government contracts have a number of complex regulations that contractors must comply with, but we easily exceed these standards by using valid and credentialed tradesmen.
EPA Certified Firm
To safely renovate homes built before 1978. Lead-Safe Certified Renovator
Lead-based paint was used in homes built before 1978. When this paint is disturbed, it can release lead dust into the air. Lead dust is a health hazard, especially for children.
Dept of Professional and Occupation Regulation
Contracting Consumers should validate licensure by name, trade, and location.
Contractor complaint form: consumers can use to file a complaint against a contractor.

We are committed to sustainable, ethical, productive, safe, and high quality business practice today. I am a Veteran of the United States Air Force, and my wife is a former elementary school teacher- we are proud to be operating a Small Business, and enjoy serving our local community.
